What Size Meeting Table Do I Need?
Start with the dimensions of the room, not simply the number of people you want to seat.
A large table may physically fit inside a meeting room while leaving insufficient space for people to use the chairs or move comfortably behind occupied seats.
As a practical planning starting point, allowing around 1 metre between the table edge and the wall can provide useful clearance where people need to circulate behind seated colleagues.
